Southern baptists Fighting Climate Change -

 The Southern Baptists in the U.S.A. have finally given voice to the substantial man-made global clkimate warming - and that voice is angry. They admit they were too timid in the past and say they can do better. KUDOS! Perhaps if the preachers in the United States begin urging their congragations to become active in the fight to abolish green house gasses we might begin to make a dent and stop our own inevitable doom.

I found an article on the Souther Baptists on the BBC News Website - read more. The Southen Baptists have 16 million members and a group this size could have a dramatic impact on U.S. policy. I may not agree with alot of positions of the Southern baptists, by am very happy to see this position.

Mankind is destroying all life on our planet and most people either do not have the economic power to influence political policy or they do not have the humanity to care about global warming. We must make our power heard in Washington D.C. by demanding new and alternative energy sources. I read that the Toyota Prius is finally outselling the Ford Explorer - buy a Smart Auto - made by Mercedes Benz.
